Every year the Church Electoral Roll is updated, but every six years a completely new Roll has to be prepared, and this is due in 2019. This means all names have been removed from the Electoral Roll and we start a completely new Roll. If you were on the old Roll, you will not be on the new one unless you re-apply. Everyone who wishes to be a part of the church community needs to sign a new application form, and have access to a Privacy Notice.

Being on the Church Electoral Roll is an important way of confirming your commitment to the church community; it means you can vote on church matters at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and stand for election to the Parochial Church Council (PCC) or Deanery Synod.

Our Annual Parochial Church Meeting this year is on Sunday 14th April at 11.30am. You have to be on our Electoral Roll to vote at our APCM so please click here for an Electoral Roll application form, and click here for a Privacy Notice; copies are also available in church.

Please return your completed form to the Rectory or to Carole Brough Fuller our Electoral Roll Officer by 31st March.
